Canadian Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp
- 3 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 16 ounces, weight Large Frozen Shrimp, Thawed
- 8 ounces, weight Canadian Bacon, Sliced In Half
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In medium bowl, combine Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar.
- Mix well.
- Dip shrimp in sauce.
- Wrap slice of Canadian bacon around shrimp and skewer.
- Place on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Repeat with remaining shrimp.
- Brush with remaining sauce.
- Bake for 1012 minutes until shrimp is done.
