Cherry Blossom

  1. Crush or crumble graham crackers; blend with butter and sugar. Press into bottom and sides of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Bake in moderate oven at 350u0b0 for 5 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown. While crumb mixture is still hot, spread with the following layers in order:
  3. 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature), which has been blended with 2 to 3 tablespoons milk and 1 cup confectioners sugar.
  4. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts over cream cheese mixture and chill.
  5. Whip the whipping cream; spread over nuts.
  6. Spread the cherry pie filling over cream and chill.
