Turkey Pasta Salad
- 1 pkg. (13.25 oz.) whole wheat medium pasta shell, uncooked
- 1 small zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1 env. (0.75 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
- 1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped assorted pitted olives
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, toss zucchini with dressing mix.
- Heat 1 Tbsp.
- oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add zucchini; cook and stir 2 min.
- Add turkey; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
- or until zucchini is crisp-tender and turkey is heated through.
- Remove from heat.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add turkey mixture and all remaining ingredients, including remaining oil; mix lightly.
