Green Chile Stew
- 8 ounces sirloin, chopped
- 8 ounces pork, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes, cubed
- 1 (7 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- 2 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 12 teaspoons cumin
- 2 cups water
- Brown steak, pork, and onions in dutch oven.
- Add all remaining ingredients.
- It may appear a little too soupy, but will thinken as it cooks.
- Cook for 1 hour at low heat.
- This will make about 10 one cup servings.
