Baked Chili-Cheese Turkey Dogs
- 2 whole Hot Dog Buns, Split
- 2 whole Bun-length Turkey Dogs
- 1/2 cups Vegetarian Chili (I Used An Organic Canned Brand)
- 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 stalk Scallion, Sliced
- Sour Cream, To Serve
- Hot Sauce, To Serve (optional)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
- Meanwhile, coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Place hot dogs in the buns and carefully put in the loaf pan (they will be snug).
- Top each dog with 1/4 cup chili, 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, and equal parts scallions (reserve some for topping later).
- 3.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and let tops get slightly crisp, 35 minutes.
- Top each with a dollop of sour cream, dash of hot sauce, and remaining scallions.
