Egg, ham and chips recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 220C.
  2. Tip the potatoes into a roasting tin.
  3. Drizzle over the oil and sprinkle over the paprika.
  4. Season and mix well to coat the potatoes.
  5. Roast for 12 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender.
  6. Halfway through nestle the ham and the tomatoes, cut-side up, amongst the potatoes.
  7. Make two spaces in the tin and crack an egg (Gizzi uses free range) into each one.
  8. Return to the oven for 6-8 minutes until the eggs are just set
