Tuna Cheese Loaf

  1. *Set aside 1 cup of flour.
  2. Mix remaining flour, sugar, salt, dill and yeast.
  3. Stir in hot water and margarine.
  4. Mix enough reserved flour to make a soft dough; knead 4 minutes.
  5. Roll dough in an 18-inch circle.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Mix tuna, mayonnaise and onion.
  8. Spoon over dough.
  9. Gather dough edges to center; seal. Place, seam-side down, on greased baking sheet.
  10. Cut an X on top and fold back points.
  11. Cover.
