Stir-Fry Salad with Rice

  1. Cook rice as directed on package, omitting butter and salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min.
  4. or until done.
  5. Add vegetables; cook and stir 2 min.
  6. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Mix dressing and soy sauce until blended.
  8. Toss salad greens with chicken mixture and rice in large bowl.
  9. Serve with dressing mixture.
