Sesame Blue Corn Fish Fry Recipe
- 1 c. blue cornmeal
- 1/2 c. sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
- 4-6 fish fillets (trout, walleye, etc. - any fish which will pan fry well)
- 1 teaspoon fresh grnd pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a flat bowl, mix blue cornmeal, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
- Put lemon juice in a separate bowl.
- Dip fish fillets first in lemon juice, then in sesame/cornmeal mix, coating fish well on both sides.
- Pan fry the coated fillets in butter or possibly oil.
- Delicious and visually appealing.
