Backwoods Pie Old Recipe

• 1 c. brown sugar packed
• 1 c. syrup-preferably maple
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk butter beans * see note
• 3 lrg Large eggs separated nutmeg to taste pie shell unbaked

1. * Butter the size of an egg.
2. Sweet lowfat milk means regular whole lowfat milk.
3. Combine ingredients and mix well together.
4. Lastly add in the 3 egg whites that have been well beaten.
5. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake in a 350-degree oven till hard.
