Thyme Pork Chops With Stuffing Recipe
- 2 tbsp. leaf thyme, crumbled
- 4 thin pork chops (5 ounce.)
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 pkg. (6 1/2 ounce.) 15 minute stuffing mix for pork
- 1 3/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. golden brown raisins

- Press the thyme into both sides of chops.

- Saute/fry the chops in the oil in a large skillet for 2 min on each side or possibly till browned.
- Add in the water, cover and lower the heat; cook for 25-30 min or possibly till the chops are tender.
- 3.
- Meanwhile prepare the stuffing mix according to the package, substituting apple juice for water and adding celery and raisins.
- Keep hot.
- 4.
- To serve arrange the pork chops on a platter with stuffing.
