Blue Cheese Slaw
- 12 head green cabbage, shredded
- 12 red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbles
- 34 cup mayonnaise
- 18 cup honey
- 18 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- Combine the cabbage, onion, and blue cheese in a bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl mix together mayo, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Top cabbage mixture with the dressing and toss to coat.
