Italian Three-Cheese Bread
- 3/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 baguette (350 g), cut lengthwise in half
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix cream cheese product, milk and seasoning until blended; spread onto cut sides of baguette.
- Place, cut sides up, on baking sheet.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until mozzarella is melted.
- Heat broiler.
- Broil bread, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min.
- or until lightly browned.
