Slo Rise Bread

  2. Add cold water, powdered milk, oil, sugar and salt; stir well.
  3. Gradually add about 6 cups flour, stirring well after each addition so no flour pockets will remain at the bottom of the bowl. Dough should feel as if ready to knead.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap; let stand in draft-free place overnight.
  5. Turn dough out on floured surface, adding flour if necessary.
  6. Divide in half and shape to fit 2 greased 9 x 3-inch pans.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap; let rise until doubled.
  8. Bake at 400u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove from pans; cool on rack.
