Mousse Au Chocolate Recipe
- 1 c. (6 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 5 tbsp. boiling water
- 4 Large eggs, separated
- 2 tbsp. dark rum
- Put chocolate pcs into blender and blend on high speed for 6 seconds.
- Scrape down sides of blender.
- Add in boiling water and blend on high speed for 10 seconds.
- Add in egg yolks and rum.
- Blend 3 seconds or possibly till smooth.
- Beat egg whites till stiff.
- Mix in chocolate mix.
- Spoon into individual serving dishes and refrigerate1 hour before serving.
