Mousse Au Chocolate Recipe

  1. Put chocolate pcs into blender and blend on high speed for 6 seconds.
  2. Scrape down sides of blender.
  3. Add in boiling water and blend on high speed for 10 seconds.
  4. Add in egg yolks and rum.
  5. Blend 3 seconds or possibly till smooth.
  6. Beat egg whites till stiff.
  7. Mix in chocolate mix.
  8. Spoon into individual serving dishes and refrigerate1 hour before serving.
