Drop Yeast Rolls Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast in water, add in sugar.
  2. Beat Large eggs well and add in shortening to first mix.
  3. Add in flour.
  4. Grease muffin tins and drop 2 Tbsp.
  5. into each space.
  6. Let rise 15 min, then bake at 425 degrees.
  7. Note: These can be refrigerated after dropping into muffin tins.
  8. Then let rise 15 min before baking.
