Beef Stroganoff Crock Pot Recipe

  1. Trim all excess fat from steak and cut meat into 3-inch strips about 1/2 inch wide.
  2. Combine 1/2 c. flour, the salt, pepper and dry mustard; toss with steak strips to coat thoroughly.
  3. Place coated steak strips in crock pot; stir in onion rings and mushrooms.
  4. Add in beef broth and wine; stir well.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hrs.
  6. Before serving, combine lowfat sour cream with 1/4 c. flour; stir into crock pot.
  7. Serve stroganoff over rice or possibly noodles.
