Tomato Lasagna Roll-Ups

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Lay flat on foil to cool.
  3. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  4. In skillet, heat oil.
  5. Add onion; cook, stirring frequently until tender.
  6. Add tomatoes and tomato paste.
  7. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  8. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring to break up tomatoes; set aside.
