Peanuts 'N Candy Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan.
  3. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients.
  4. Beat as low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. In medium bowl, mix frosting and peanut butter until smooth.
  9. Spread evenly over cake.
  10. Sprinkle with peanuts and candy bar.
  11. Arrange candy corn on cake.
