Broccoli Chicken Bake
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can broccoli cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 medium shallot, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red sweet bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 12 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon basil
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Add all ingredients, except chicken, into mixing bowl.
- Place chicken in baking dish and top with soup mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Serve with rice.
