Spinach & Ground Turkey stuffed shells
- 1 box jumbo shells
- 1 cup ricata cheese
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 5 lb fresh spinach leaves
- 1 lb cooked ground turkey
- brown the ground turkey, set aside is a bowl when done.
- cook spinach leaves.
- (poor them into a pan, and with a low fire stir and smash them until they look almost melted)
- when spinach is cooked, add 1 cup of ricatta cheese and stir.
- boil the jumbo shells in a medium pot for 20 mins or until slightly soft.
- add a tbs of butter so they won't stick.
- when shells are cooked, set them onto a cookie sheet pan.
- fill half of the amount of shells with spinach & ricatta cheese and the other half with ground turkey
- spread 1 jar of spaghetti sauce equally over the shells and put them into the oven at 350 for 30 mins.
