Mixed Vegetable Hotdish Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 2 c. chow mein noodles
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 can mushrooms and juice
- Brown meat, onion, and celery in 1 Tbsp.
- shortening.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Mix with soups, vegetables and juice, mushrooms and juice, chow mein noodles, and soy sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
- 10 good servings.
