Mixed Vegetable Hotdish Recipe

  1. Brown meat, onion, and celery in 1 Tbsp.
  2. shortening.
  3. Drain off excess fat.
  4. Mix with soups, vegetables and juice, mushrooms and juice, chow mein noodles, and soy sauce.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
  6. 10 good servings.
