Szechuan Shrimp Recipe

  1. Mix garlic and pepper flakes in oil in microwave in 9 inch skillet; microcook uncovered on high 1 minute.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except shrimp and rice.
  3. Dipping shrimp in sauce, place in circle on top, thicker parts to outside.
  4. Microcook on high 3-4 min till shrimp are cooked, rotating dish once.
  5. Serve over rice.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
