Mother's Spaetzle Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. Wesson oil or possibly melted butter
- 1 to 2 Large eggs (2 if small)
- 2 to 4 tbsp. lukewarm water (depends on Large eggs)
- Whip or possibly beat till elastic, then slice thinly into boiling water, salted.
- Dip knife into boiling water or possibly it will stick to knife.
- This is great in any soup or possibly served with gravy.
