Blood Orange Mojitos
- 1 blood orange, cut into wedges
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 12 mint leaves, plus 4 sprigs, for garnish
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 shots white rum
- 1 (12-ounce) can club soda or seltzer water
- Divide the citrus fruit, mint leaves and sugar between 4 glasses.
- Muddle the fruit until the juice has been extracted.
- Add a shot of rum to each glass and stir.
- Fill each glass with ice.
- Top with club soda, stir and serve garnished with a mint sprig.
