Hot Onion Souffle
- 24 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 cups Grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 12 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Onions
- Thaw onions.
- Roll them in paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Stir together onions, cream cheese (its easier if its softened), Parmesan, and mayonnaise until well combined.
- Transfer to a shallow 2- quart souffle dish.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown (if you dont dry the onions, it will take longer to bake).
- Serve with corn chips, assorted crackers, or my personal favorite, toasted french bread.
