Hot Onion Souffle

  1. Thaw onions.
  2. Roll them in paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  4. Stir together onions, cream cheese (its easier if its softened), Parmesan, and mayonnaise until well combined.
  5. Transfer to a shallow 2- quart souffle dish.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown (if you dont dry the onions, it will take longer to bake).
  7. Serve with corn chips, assorted crackers, or my personal favorite, toasted french bread.
