Pork Chops With Vegetables

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil.
  2. Brown the pork chops, 3 at a time, on both sides and remove them from the skillet.
  3. Saute the green pepper for 1 minute; remove them.
  4. Add flour to the skillet, blending well and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Blend in the onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. Return the chops to the skillet, basting them with sauce.
  8. Cover and simmer until the chops are tender, about 1 hour.
  9. Blend in the tomatoes and green pepper.
  10. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes more.
  11. Makes 6 servings.
