Buffalo Chicken Nuggets
- 1 packages Tyson chicken nuggets (2 lb.)
- 3/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Cajun Spice
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch (mixed with water) optional.
- 1 Bleu Cheese Dressing
- Pre heat oven to 400.
- Place chicken in foil pan and bake 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, and cajun spice.
- Heat until well blended.
- Add corn starch, if you want it a little thicker, I did.
- Remove chicken when done and toss with sauce.
- Serve with bleu cheese or plain.
- Enjoy!
