Buffalo Chicken Nuggets

  1. Pre heat oven to 400.
  2. Place chicken in foil pan and bake 30 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, and cajun spice.
  4. Heat until well blended.
  5. Add corn starch, if you want it a little thicker, I did.
  6. Remove chicken when done and toss with sauce.
  7. Serve with bleu cheese or plain.
  8. Enjoy!
