Baked Tuna Chow Mein Casserole Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Minced celery
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. Minced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 7 ounce Can tuna
- 10 1/2 ounce Cream of mushroom soup Condensed
- 1 c. Chow mein noodles
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 c. Chow mein noodles

- In a deep, 1 1/2-qt, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, heat 2 Tbsp.
- butter or possibly margarine in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.

- Add in celery, onion and green pepper to melted butter.
- Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.

- Combine remaining ingredients except 1/3 c. chow mein noodles with vegetablesm Blend well.
- Top with 1/3 c. of chow mein noodles.
- Heat in Miicrowave Oven, uncovered, 10 min or possibly till sauce bubbles.
