Garlic String / Green Beans

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil.
  2. Add the green beans and blanch for 2 minutes.
  3. Drain.
  4. (Alternative method: Microwave on high in some water for 5 mins, drain).
  5. Heat the oil on high heat and add the beans when oil is hot.
  6. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the garlic powder and thyme.
  8. Stir for 1 minute.
  9. Add the parmesan cheese.
  10. Stir for another minute.
  11. Your green beans are ready to eat!
  12. Enjoy!
