Barbecue Meatballs and Vegetables

  1. Combine dressing, barbecue sauce, honey, 2 tsp.
  2. of the chili powder and 1/2 tsp.
  3. each of the ground black pepper, red pepper and salt.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Mix meat, remaining 1 tsp.
  6. chili powder and remaining 1/2 tsp.
  7. each of the black pepper, red pepper and salt.
  8. Shape into 12 meatballs.
  9. Brown meatballs in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  10. Set aside.
  11. In same skillet, cook and stir green pepper, onion, mushrooms, squash, zucchini and pineapple on medium heat 5 minutes.
  12. Reduce heat to low.
  13. Stir in reserved dressing mixture and the meatballs; cover.
  14. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  15. Stir in parsley.
