Creamy Avocado Natto Pasta
- 200 grams Pasta
- 2 Avocado
- 1 pack Natto
- 1 bit less than 2 tablespoons Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 1 bit less than 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 as much (to taste) Pepper
- Add salt to the boiling water as the package instructions specifies and cook the pasta.
- Dice the avocado.
- In a large bowl, mix the seasonings, add 2/3 of the avocado and roughly mash them up.
- Add the sauce that came with the natto.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain well in a colander, add to the bowl from Step 3 and mix well.
- Serve on a plate and top with the remaining avocado from Step 2 and the pasta is done!
