Creamy Avocado Natto Pasta

  1. Add salt to the boiling water as the package instructions specifies and cook the pasta.
  2. Dice the avocado.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the seasonings, add 2/3 of the avocado and roughly mash them up.
  4. Add the sauce that came with the natto.
  5. When the pasta is cooked, drain well in a colander, add to the bowl from Step 3 and mix well.
  6. Serve on a plate and top with the remaining avocado from Step 2 and the pasta is done!
