Thai Basil Rice with Shrimp
- 3 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon White Sugar
- 1/4 cups Coconut Oil For Frying
- 9 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 5 whole Serrano Peppers, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 pounds Uncooked Shrimp, Chopped
- 1 whole Red Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 4 cups Jasmine Rice, Cooked And Chilled
- 1/4 cups Thai Sweet Basil, Dried

- Whisk together the oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar in a bowl.

- Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat until the oil begins to smoke or smell like it is ready to cook.
- Add the garlic and serrano peppers, stirring quickly.
- 3.
- Stir in the shrimp, bell pepper, onion and oyster sauce mixture.
- 4.
- Cook until the shrimp is all pink and is cooked through.
- 5.
- Raise heat to high and stir in the chilled rice and Thai basil.
- 6.
- Stir quickly until the sauce is blended with the rice.
- Use the back of a spoon to break up any rice sticking together.
- 7.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
