Apple Blueberry Jam

  1. Measure prepared fruit into a large saucepan.
  2. Add lemon juice and sugar, mix well.
  3. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Immediately stir in liquid pectin.
  6. Continue stirring 5 minutes, skimming foam.
  7. Pour quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4- inch from rim.
  8. Seal while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centres.
