Vegetable And Tofu Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients.
  2. Add in tofu chunks.
  3. Chill for several hrs.
  4. Drain the tofu.
  5. Reserve 1/2 c. of marinade.
  6. Strain it into a small saucepan.
  7. Hot the marinade over low heat.
  8. In a wok, heat the oil till it begins to smoke.
  9. Add in ginger and garlic; saute/fry over medium heat for 1-2 min.
  10. Increase the heat and the tofu chunks.
  11. Stir-fry for 2-3 min till tofu starts browning.
  12. Slide the tofu to one side of the wok or possibly skillet.
  13. Add in vegetables and stir constantly for 2-3 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender.
  14. Add in 2 Tbsp.
  15. of the warmed marinade.
  16. Cook 3 min more.
  17. Serve over rice.
  18. Serves 6.
