Open Faced Spicy Cheesewiches

  1. lightly butter one side of each peice of bread.
  2. Turn it butter side down on a cookie sheet.
  3. Place a peice of cheese on each and sprinkle with either lowry salt or garlic (to your taste).
  4. Bake on 250 till cheese is slightly bubbly.
  5. Take out.
  6. Cool slightly, eat while warm.
