Whole Roasted Broccoli with Lemon and Chiles

  1. Preheat the oven to 400.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the lemon slices, oil, garlic, chiles and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
  3. Toss the broccoli with the mixture, then transfer it to a baking sheet.
  4. Roast the broccoli until it is crisp-tender and the lemons are browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
