Classic Celery & Onion Stuffing/Dressing

  1. Preheat oven 325F.
  2. Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes arrange on a cookie sheet put in oven to dry out.
  3. Will take ab 20 mins just eyeball it.
  4. they should be nice and crunchy
  5. In a skillet melt 1 stick of butter and saute chopped celery and onion until onions clear in color.
  6. Once bread cubes are done put in a large bowl and mix in onion and celery.
  7. Also eggs and the seasonings.
  8. Add the chicken broth in 1/2 cup intervals.
  9. you want the bread cubes to soak up the broth but not be soggy
  10. Place mixture in small buttered casserole dish.
  11. Bake covered in oven on 350 for 1 hour take off cover last 15 mins.
  12. Enjoy!
