Emeril's Peach Torro (Milk, Fruit and Sugarcane Alcohol Drink)

  1. In a large blender, combine the fruit and sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add half of the cream and continue to blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a large pitcher.
  5. Stir in the remaining 2 cups of cream and the alcohol.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  8. It's better the next day.
  9. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a wedge of peach.
  10. Torro will keep for 1 week.
