Linguini with Tomato sauce
- 100 grams Linguini
- 3 Tomatoes in blender
- 2 garlic, sliced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 hot green pepper (sliced)
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Put the tomatoes in the blender until become really thin.
- To help it put a drizzle of olive oil.
- Fine chopped the garlic, the green pepper and the onion
- Add the linguini on a salted boiling water
- In a hot pan drizzle olive oil and add the garlic the green pepper and the onion
- When they are ready to be golden add your tomato sauce and the black pepper the salt and the sweet paprika
- Leave it to boil for 5 minutes
- Your linguini needs only 8-9 minutes to be al dente.
- When they are ready add them straight to the pan with your tomato sauce with a 1/3 cup of the pastas water and let them for 2 minutes.
- Now you are ready, serve them in a plate and add on top of them the grated grana padano with a drizzle of olive oil
- Enjoy it.
