Peaches Brianzola - Baked Peaches

  1. In a buttered baking dish, arrange halved peaches (2 halves per person).
  2. Fill each cavity with crumbled macaroons and dot with butter.
  3. Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp (15 ml) grappa and add 1/4 cup (60 ml) to the dish.
  4. Bake in moderate 350 degree (175 C.) oven for 30 minutes.
