Williamsburg Trifle

  1. Split ladyfingers; spread with jam.
  2. Reassemble and stand around side of 1-quart bowl.
  3. Combine orange juice and rum; slowly drizzle over ladyfingers.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk.
  6. Pour into prepared bowl; cover.
  7. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  8. Spread or pipe whipped cream around edge of pudding; sprinkle with almonds.
