Williamsburg Trifle
- 12 ladyfingers
- 1/4 cup jam, jelly or preserves
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup rum
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- PLANTERS Almonds
- Split ladyfingers; spread with jam.
- Reassemble and stand around side of 1-quart bowl.
- Combine orange juice and rum; slowly drizzle over ladyfingers.
- Set aside.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk.
- Pour into prepared bowl; cover.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
- Spread or pipe whipped cream around edge of pudding; sprinkle with almonds.
