Butternut Squash-Parmesan Rice Pilaf

  1. Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 4 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add rice; cook and stir 1 min.
  5. Add broth and squash; stir.
  6. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 25 min.
  7. or until squash is tender and most the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in cheese and butter.
  9. Cover; remove from heat.
  10. Let stand 5 min.
  11. Stir in thyme.
