Coffee Dessert Martini
- 2 ounces cold espresso (sweetened if needed) or 2 ounces strong coffee (sweetened if needed)
- 1 ounce chocolate syrup or 1 ounce Creme de Cacao
- 1 ounce raspberry flavored syrup or 1 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
- ice cube (about 8)
- sweetened whipped cream, for garnish
- cocoa powder, for garnish
- fresh raspberry, for garnish
- Add espresso, syrups, and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker; cover.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Top with dollop of sweetened whipped cream; garnish with cocoa powder and a few fresh raspberries.
- Serve with a spoon.
