Seafood Pizza
- 1 pizza shell
- 1/2 c. asparagus, cut in bite-size pieces
- 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 lb. raw scallops
- 1/4 lb. seafood flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 4 oz. shredded mild Cheddar
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
- Saute 1 tablespoon oil, garlic, shrimp and scallops until almost done.
- Do not overcook!
- Drain off juice. Spread 1/2 tablespoon oil over pie crust.
- Add shrimp, scallops and garlic and spread over pie crust evenly.
- Spread seafood flakes evenly.
- Add 1/2 of both shredded cheeses.
- Spread asparagus evenly and add rest of shredded cheeses.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over top and bake until crust and cheese get slightly brown, 8 to 10 minutes approximately.
