Seafood Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
  2. Saute 1 tablespoon oil, garlic, shrimp and scallops until almost done.
  3. Do not overcook!
  4. Drain off juice. Spread 1/2 tablespoon oil over pie crust.
  5. Add shrimp, scallops and garlic and spread over pie crust evenly.
  6. Spread seafood flakes evenly.
  7. Add 1/2 of both shredded cheeses.
  8. Spread asparagus evenly and add rest of shredded cheeses.
  9. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over top and bake until crust and cheese get slightly brown, 8 to 10 minutes approximately.
