Quinoa carrot muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Mix wet and dry together.
  4. Fold in carrot.
  5. Spilt into 12 silicon baking cups or greased muffin tin.
  6. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
  8. Add butter for a richer muffin.
