Southwest Pepper Jack Turkey Burger

  1. Cook and stir onions and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Add to turkey, beans, corn and seasonings in medium bowl; mix just until blended.
  4. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch thick) patties.
  5. Cook, in batches, in skillet 8 to 10 min.
  6. on each side or until done (165 degrees F), topping with cheese for the last 2 min.
  7. Serve on buns topped with tomatoes and avocados.
