Baked Mexican Casserole
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 (12 ounce) jar picante salsa (large jar)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 ounce) jar jalapenos (small jar)
- 1 (4 ounce) can black olives, sliced (small can)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 13 cup water
- Brown Hamburger and drain.
- Add salsa, taco seasoning, and water.
- Simmer 10-12 minutes.
- Spread in casserole dish.
- Spread softened cream cheese over meat mixture.
- Put olives and jalapenos on top of cream cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded cheeses.
- Bake at 350 until cheese melts (10-15 minutes).
- Serve with tortilla chips.
