Goobers Boom Boom Smoked Gouda Meatballs

  1. Shred Gouda Cheese in a big bowl add all ingredients mix with hands roll into balls about two inches round.
  2. You will need one or two cookie sheets place balls on sheets bake at 400degrees for twenty minutes turning once or twice to get them brown all over that way there brown and done and look great.

groundbeef, sausage, gouda cheese, onion, italian seasoning, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper
