Creamy Bacon Spinach Salad with Hard Boiled Egg and Radish

• 1 pound spinach cleaned, patted, dry, torn into pieces
• 1 x mushrooms sliced, raw, as much as you can afford
• 6 slices bacon fried,, drained, and crumbled
• 6 large eggs hardboiled eggs, chilled, and sliced
• 1 bag radishes ,, (again, as many as you have)
• 1 each red onion sliced, optional
• 1/2 pint sour cream
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 envelope garlic cheese dressing mix

1. Mix the dressing ingredients, let stand while you prepare the other ingredients.
2. Toss and serve.
